It has two high arms and no back. It could make a perfect window seat or fit beautifully on the end of a large bed or in a hallway; undoubtedly, the piece is adaptable and could be made to any size. (Special size will incur a 15% surcharge.) We generally use reclaimed and repurposed Anatolian Kilims, which are colourful, comfortable, and durable. Often, the colours in the old kilims have toned down, and the fabric has softened, making it more malleable for working. The Kilim is cut as sympathetically as possible, ensuring the material is shown to the best advantage when planning the fabric layout on the chair. It is surprising how much Kilim is needed to cover a frame, and every bit is used up, with the leftovers made into cushions and draught-excluders.

Before the Kilim is fitted to the furniture, it is bonded to a secondary fabric to prevent the open areas from exposing the fillings and to make it more secure.

Product size:

<colgroup> <col style="width: 196px;" width="191"> <col style="width: 156px;" width="151"> </colgroup>

173 L x 77 H x 56 D cm

(68" lL x 30" H x 22" d)
